Bel-Air Bay Club’s friendly on-site catering team is excited to meet you and is ready to help you along every step of the way to plan and achieve your vision!

Every detail of your special occasion will be carefully mapped out in advance for you with care and precision. The day of the event, your on-site coordinator will be your go-to person to orchestrate and manage all the details so that you can just enjoy your special day. Should you choose to use your own coordinator as well, we will work with them to ensure everything runs smoothly. We look forward to hearing from you!

Christine Kamps-Silver | Upper Club Director of Catering & Sales

Chris has years of experience in the hotel and hospitality industry, specializing in directing sales and marketing teams in major markets including San Francisco, Chicago and Los Angeles. She has also managed a world-renowned live music venue in Hollywood, creating major on-premise and media events. 

What Chris enjoys doing for you: 

The goal for our Catering Department is to exceed all expectations with your experience at Bel-Air Bay Club, from our initial meeting through the execution on the day of your special event. Our friendly and imaginative team will work together with you to customize your experience to suit your unique vision for your occasion, and execute every detail with the precision and passion you deserve.

What Chris does for fun: 

I love taking long hikes in the hills of southern California, cooking creatively and finding new experiences in food, interior design and table top, spending time with family and friends and watching the classic movies from the past!

Carrie Spriggs | Upper Club Special Events Sales Manager

Carrie brings 10+ years of music industry experience to her tenure at Bel-Air Bay Club, with a focus on artist relations and marketing. She loves her role in Catering Sales for the Club, and is thrilled to have played a part in securing our location for many special celebrations from weddings to galas. 

What Carrie enjoys doing for you:

Guiding clients through the process of securing Bel-Air Bay Club for their special event with as much ease, personal care, shared trust, and a smile is what I am all about!

What Carrie does for fun:

I enjoy cooking, attending concerts and walks at the beach with my husband and dogs.

Cuckie Zatti | Upper Club Special Events Coordinating Manager

Cuckie has been planning events for over 10 years. Her experience started in New York City where she worked in the fashion and advertising industries as well as in the nonprofit sector. Here in Los Angeles, Cuckie has worked in some of the top culinary venues, planning a variety of special events. She has a passion for all things event-related and it shines through when you are working alongside her.

What Cuckie enjoys doing for you: 

As your planner, I will work closely with you on all aspects of your special event. From your initial vision to the final day-of elements, I will keep you organized and carry out the necessary components to create a successful and memorable event for you and your guests.

What Cuckie does for fun: 

I love hosting social gatherings and dinner parties, meeting new people from all walks of life and trying new and exotic things.
